Here at Angel Amethyst we take the quality of our items seriously and we will replace (if possible) or refund any faulty or damaged items if it is within 7 days of delivery and you contact us via email. If you change your mind about a purchace you will have 14 days to return the item/s to us (at your expense) and we will refund you. .

All small items will be sent 1st class through royal mail free to UK mainland, should you need your item quicker please send us a message to discuss signed for prices. Items may take longer to be delivered during busy periods. Please order in advance during the holidays. (Heavy or bulky items may have a small charge for delivery but we will try and keep this free as best we can.

If you cannot see your area on the drop down list please contact us to arrange delivery to you. This may carry a cost.

For most small items we now ship to the US, there is a small charge for this dependant on the size/ weight of the item, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If you would like your item tracked and signed for please contact us to discuss.
